Our client is a pioneering crypto investment company who is looking for a Funds Lawyer to join the firm and support their fast-growing business.

about the job.

• Draft, review and negotiate on a board range of legal document relating to Funds investments
• Provide legal support to Funds transactions, particularly in formation, structuring, and restructuring
• Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the relevant conduct of business
• Provide prompt, commercial, practical and high quality legal advice to relevant business areas

skills & experiences required.

• Qualified lawyer with ideally 4+ years PQE with in-depth knowledge of funds
• Trained in a well-known law firm with Funds practice or worked in an Asset Management firm
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
